Program Details
Professional Development
Through a variety of professional development offerings, educators will gain and develop new skills for the betterment of their classroom, school, and district.
Networking Opportunities
Through monthly meetings, volunteer/leadership positions, service events, social gatherings and more, participants will improve networking skills, build camaraderie, and create connections with their local businesses and community.
Leadership
MCPIE provides a conduit for teachers to share their expertise, improve their practice through working with colleagues, listen and understand different perspectives, and improve their ability to 'lean in' when change happens.
Recognition
With the influence teachers have in our lives, recognizing them and their accomplishments is essential. Public nominations are encouraged through our online Excellent Educator Nominations form.
