Refund & Cancellation Policy
SMARTpath Education Services, LLC accepts course bookings through the third party Bookdeo web site, payment being made online by credit card. For some clients, ie: Districts and Private Schools, SMARTpathK12 will accept a Purchase Order and/or check. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of SMARTpath Education Services, LLC to change the content and timing of the course, the date, venue or instructor. SMARTpath Education Services, LLC reserves the right to cancel a course up to and including the date of the course due to insufficient enrollment and/or other conflicts. Notification of course cancellations will be made by email and/or phone. In all cases, people who had registered to attend a cancelled course will be given the option of rescheduling to a future course date but SMARTpath Education Services, LLC disclaim any further liability. SMARTpath Education Services, LLC’s refund policy for events and trainings are as follows:
Classroom Training
Refunds/Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your scheduled training or event, please contact 800-462-5821. We require 14 calendar days prior notice to reschedule or to cancel any registration. (SMARTpath Connection members will receive credit toward a future SMARTpathK12 event or training. Credit must be used within six months of the cancel date or funds on the account will be forfeited. Non-Members will receive a refund. All refunds will be issued back to the individual, or company named as the payee, within ten business days. Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If a participant does not attend a scheduled course without prior notification, it will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no reschedule will be allowed. Alternatively, a substitute delegate can be named at any time before the course. There is no extra charge for making a substitution. On-Site Training
If a Customer cancels or reschedules an on-site training within (20) business days of the scheduled start date, Customer will be charged 25% of the Base Course Fee. Any such fee charged will not be applied to the price of any rescheduled courses.
Escape Rooms
Due to the live nature of the event, all sales are final. No refunds are given.
